We use Fondy payment system, they support Visa (all type of cards), Mastercard and Maestro bank cards from any country as well as several alternative payment methods such as online banking with European.

Fondy pays great attention to the security of credit cards of clients and transactions, transmitted through their platform. They use complex security for data protection. They own PCI DSS Level 1 security certificate.

The complete information about our prices is here. The more classes you pay, the less expensive is each of them. The same principle applies to group and individual classes.

1. If you can't attend a class, we can send you a recording of it. Don't forget to write us in advance and request it.

2. You pay for 4 or 12 weeks of classes with specific number of lessons available within a specific time frame, if you don't attend a class, you'll have less classes than you could have had.

You have to write to info@simplefrancais.ru 48 hours before the next lesson (if you want your money back for it too), and we will return your money in 3-5 days. However, we will recount the price for the lessons you had according to our prices. For example, if you paid 249$ for 12 weeks, but you attended only 5 of them, you'll get 120 $ back, as we deduce 99 $ according to the price of 4 weeks and 30$ according to the price of a single lesson of 135 minutes.

We propose all types of classes from 0-C2, for children, teens and adults from Russia, but B1+ level is required for foreigners.

We think that it is from this level that we can build an effective learning process and ensure challenging lessons using French language only. 0-B1 level students may need explanations in their mother tongue and a much slower pace to learn the basics of the language. Read more about the levels.

Sometimes you can understand more than you can say correctly, for example, your grammar is on B2 level, but you can't make up long sentences without mistakes and it's difficult for you to understand television and radio. In that case we advice you to take a test class in group of B1+ level.
